Business Development Specialist

Requirements​

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, and identify new opportunities through diverse channels.

• Build a strong sales pipeline, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct market research to tailor solutions and meet client needs.

• Foster long-term client relationships, monitor key performance metrics and refine strategies to exceed business targets.

Qualification

• 5+ years in Business Development, preferably in Construction/Ground Engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (sales certifications is a plus).

• Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value contracts in Pakistan/Middle East.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven skills; fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Quantity Surveyor

Requirements​

• Calculate material quantities and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Prepare and review bar bending schedules for reinforcement works.

• Conduct rate analysis for construction activities, materials, and labor.

• Monitor costs, prepare payment applications, and maintain records.

• DAE / B. Tech (Civil)

• 6-8 Years of experience in industrial/cement construction projects

Geotechnical Engineer

Requirements​

• Knowledge of piling works, ground anchors, and ground engineering techniques.

• Interpreting and preparing geotechnical reports.

• Technical knowledge of concrete properties and applications in geotechnical projects.

• Understanding of ground behavior and soil-structure interaction.

• BSc. Civil/Geotech/Architechture Engineering

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Inventory Manager

Requirements​

• Supervise and lead inventory staff to ensure efficient operations.
